Channel 1 and 2 volume buttons are actually easy to use paddles, located conveniently in the center of the remote, right where you would expect them. We improved the overall design and added a leash cord option for those that want a mounting solution, so the remote won't break from someone dropping it. This is our Rowe Ami combo kit remote control that includes the leash cord attachment with each remote ordered.
